Useful Tip
After drilling the 4.0mm hole, thread the knurled brass insert onto a suitable length M3 screw for about 2 turns before tapping it into the hole.
This will help to keep the insert straight and prevent damage.
Place a very small ammount of CA adhesive into the drilled hole before fitting the insert.
